It began with a cake.
Spatulous started simply — with a curiosity about baking. There's something oddly satisfying about it: a handful of simple ingredients, put together in just the right way, turning into something else entirely. What began with cakes slowly grew into brownies, shio pan, bagels — bakes I kept coming back to, mostly for family and friends. At Spatulous, I bake what I love eating and sharing — simple bakes that are easy to enjoy any day of the week. Our philosophy?
